    The discount rate is the percentage of each transaction that the processing company charges to handle the transaction for you.


  • What is a Virtual Terminal?
    A web-based termial that enables businesses to authorize, process and manage credit card transactions from any computer that has an Internet connection and a Web browser.


  • When can I expect the money from my sales to appear in my bank account?
    The money will appear in your bank account within 2 to 3 business days.


  • Do I receive any training on the equipment?
    You will be fully trained on all equipment at NO charge.


  • What is an Address Verification System?
    An Address Verification System (AVS) verifies that the Address and zip code match the credit card customer.


  • What is a Transaction Fee?
    A transaction fee is a per transaction based fee. This is the cost that the processing bank charges to transact each sale. The cost per tranaction is $0.25


  • What is the Monthly Customer Support Fee Entail?
    Our customer support is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a week.


  • What is a secure payment gateway?
    The secure payment gateway is a secure internet portal that allows you to process credit cards sercurely in real time.


  • What is a Batch?
    A batch is a collection of transactions that are processed as a group. You can batch orders for authorization or for capture. Your processing requests may in turn be batched for settlement by banks.


  • What is a Chargeback?
    A chargeback is when a customer calls their credit card company disputing a charge because the products/services were not received. If the merchant cannot prove otherwise, then the charge is refunded to the customer at the merchant's expense.


  • What is a Non Qualified Rate?
    A transaction will become Non Qualified if you accept foreign credit cards or Corporate cards. The type of transaction will increase the discount rate 1.60%
